Please
read the following terms and conditions before using this
software.
Use of this software program indicates you accept the terms
of this license agreement and warranty.
Shareware
Version
This software is shareware, which is not free software. This
means that, subject to the terms below, you may use this software
for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
days. If you wish to use this software after this period,
you must register with JMA Software. If not, you must remove
the software from your computer.
Distribution
You are hereby granted permission to duplicate the original
evaluation software (unregistered) and distribute exact copies
of the software to anyone via electronic means (Internet,
BBS's, Shareware distribution libraries, CD-ROMs, etc.). You
may not charge any distribution fee for the copy or the distribution
except a reasonable participation to any cost you incur distributing
the evaluation software (e.g. packaging). You must not represent
in any way that you are selling the software itself.
You may never charge any distribution fee for the use of the
software itself. Your distribution of the evaluation software
will not entitle you to any compensation from JMA Software.
Registered
Version
A single person on one or more computer may either use a single
registered copy of this software program. You may access the
registered version of this software program through a network,
provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
software covering all users that are able to run the software
from the network. For instance, if six different users will
access the software program on the network, you will need
a six-user license, whether they use it at different times
or concurrently.
Restrictions
You may not alter this software in any way, including changing
or removing any messages or windows.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise
reduce this software to a human perceivable form. You may
not modify, rent or resell for profit this software, or create
derivative works based upon this software.
You may not publicize or distribute any registration code
algorithms, information, or registration codes used by this
software without permission of JMA Software.
Disclaimer
of Warranty
This software is provided "as is" and without warranties
as to performance or merchantability or any other warranties
whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware
and software environments into which this software program
may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
is offered.
Good data processing practice dictates that any new program
should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical
data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will
be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of
purchase price.

French copyright law and international treaty provisions protect
this software.
You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property
in the software is transferred to you.
You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights
to the software will remain the exclusive property of JMA
Software and you will not acquire any rights to the software
except as expressly set forth in this license.
